MA. PRISCILLE TUBIANOSA OGENA, 5th placer, 2007 Nursing Board Exam.Ma. Priscille, is the daughter of Amador Ogena and Viga district hospital nurse Gloria Tubianosa of San Pedro, Viga.
A consistent honor student. She graduated at the Viga Central Elementary School as first honor and as valedictorian at Viga Rural Development High School. In April 2005, she topped the No. 1 spot in the April 2005 midwifery licensure examinations. Studied Nursing and graduated cum laude at Bicol University Legazpi.
